Steven Crabb
Head Coach

Steve began rowing as a graduate student at the University of Oxford, competing in various head races/regattas at the regional level. After relocating to the San Francisco Bay, he continued this passion as a high school coach for NBRC, along with other individuals from prestigious institutions. We were overjoyed when he moved to Durham and decided to set up shop with Duke. We hope to work with him for many races ahead
Haoran Jiang
Volunteer Coach

Haoran traces his connections back to Cornell, where he competed in the lightweight category. Following his arrival at Duke for a medical degree in 2018, he began coaching the Duke (men's) rowing program, where he soon became a vital figure in the growth of DCR. To this day, he enjoys spending time balancing his studies with time in the launch.
